Adult-use nicotine products
USA Vaping sells age-restricted products intended only for adults 21+. Some products contain nicotine. Nicotine is an addictive chemical. Because these are consumable and regulated products, opened, used, or tampered items cannot be returned.
Order issues
If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or appears to be missing an item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@usavaping.com. Include your order number, photos of the outer package, packing slip, product labels, and a clear description of the issue.
Eligible resolutions
After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, refund, or another reasonable resolution. Eligibility depends on the order status, product condition, age-verification result, carrier record, and applicable law.
Cancellations
Orders can be changed or cancelled only before fulfillment begins. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Non-returnable items
Opened e-liquids, disposable vapes, cartridges, pods, coils, oral nicotine products, clearance items, promotional items, gift cards, and items not purchased directly from USA Vaping are not returnable unless required by law.
Compliance and delivery restrictions
Orders may be cancelled, refused, or returned because of age-verification failure, adult-signature failure, inaccurate address information, carrier restrictions, or restrictions in the destination jurisdiction. Any refund or replacement will be reviewed case by case and subject to applicable law.
