USA Vaping sells age-restricted products intended only for adults 21+. Some products contain nicotine. Nicotine is an addictive chemical. All orders are subject to age verification, compliance review, and applicable shipping restrictions.
Where we ship
We ship only to locations where the products in the order can legally be sold and delivered. Availability may vary by state, city, county, product type, carrier policy, and current law. Orders to restricted destinations may be cancelled.
Processing time
Orders normally begin processing within 1-3 business days after payment, age verification, and compliance checks are completed.
Shipping methods and costs
Available shipping methods, rates, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout when available. Shipping options may vary by destination, product type, order value, and carrier availability.
Adult signature and ID verification
An adult signature or additional verification may be required at delivery. The recipient may need to show valid government-issued ID. Failed age verification or missed adult-signature delivery may delay, return, or cancel an order.

Incorrect addresses
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or returned packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
Lost, delayed, or damaged packages
Carrier delays can occur and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. If a package is damaged, missing, or marked delivered but not received, contact support@usavaping.com with your order number and carrier details.
